I'll be using Dusk, Jericho, Nathaniel, Malachi, and Xu-Yi.

Figured y'all might like to get to know them a little better.

(By the way, Dusk is Human, Jericho is a catboy, Nathaniel is a vampire, Malachi is a Rogue Elf, and Xu-Yi is a wolfboy. It must also be noted that Malachi speaks "broken" English, as it is not his first language.)

2. What is your age?

Dusk: 19, but I look older or younger depending on what I wear.

Jericho: As old as you want me to be. *wink* I can pull off a lot of looks.

Nathaniel: Uh, 350. I think. But I look a lot younger.

Malachi: The age? I do not know for sure. I think 20 winters?

Xu-Yi: 20.

3. Do you want a hug?

Dusk: Sure, why not?

Dusk: No.

Dusk: My foster brother's best friend, for reasons I'd rather not mention.

Jericho: Anyone who mocks or degrades me for doing what I do.

Nathaniel: My late tutor and mentor, Adrian.

Malachi: I do not have the hate. Hate is bad. But I do not like the... the... the people who are not kind to others.

Xu-Yi: Anyone who crosses me or disrespects me. And I ain't too fond of my mom.

10. Do you have any secrets? If so, any you mind sharing?

All: Yes, but if we told, they wouldn't be secrets.

11. What is your favorite season?

Dusk: Spring.

Jericho: Same.

Nathaniel: Winter.

Malachi: Summer.

Xu-Yi: The Fall, I guess.

12. Who is your best friend(s)?

Dusk: Jericho.

Jericho: Dusk and Gidget. Well, the relationship with Gidget is... complicated.

Nathaniel: Jesse. He lives in France, but we keep in touch through the Internet.

Malachi: My fox and my robin and Ricula.

Xu-Yi: Don't have any, don't want any. Though Nate and I go out drinking sometimes.

13. What are your hobbies?

Dusk: Working at the nightclub Darkest, having sex, modeling when I can find a gig, singing, jogging, swimming, and painting.

Jericho: Having sex, pole-dancing, clubbing, modeling, climbing trees, reading, playing piano, and listening to music.

Nathaniel: I like watching movies, dancing, and traveling. I can play the violin, the flute, the guitar, the piano, the harp, the hammer dulcimer, various hand-drums, and the Irish bohran. I enjoy learning new languages, and I can already speak six.

Malachi: Hunting, fishing, swimming, singing, carving the wood, laying in the grass, climbing trees, and playing with Kochi, my fox.

Xu-Yi: I like fighting. Seriously, I get into bar brawls for the hell of it. But when I'm not doing that, I'm either finding someone to mess around with or finding odd jobs. Usually as a bouncer at shitty bars, but hey, free booze.

14. What is your favorite alcoholic drink?

Dusk: Long Island Iced Tea.

Jericho: Tequila Sunrise.

Nathaniel: There's nothing quite like a Highball.

Malachi: The sweet wine, sometimes.

Xu-Yi: Anything that fits in a shot glass.

Dusk: June 13, 1994.

Dusk: Still alive, thank you.

Jericho: What kinda question is that?

Nathaniel: I am a pureblood, so I did not "die". I guess you could say I was born dead? Heh.

Malachi: ...?

Xu-Yi: I ain't dead yet, damn.

17. Are you nice or mean?

Dusk: I'm usually a nice person.

Jericho: I'm nice if you're nice to me.

Nathaniel: Normally nice.

Malachi: Nice when I can be, and mean when I need to be.

Xu-Yi: The fuck do you think? Though I can be real nice when I need something.


18. Are you social or shy?

Dusk: Not exactly shy, but not social either. I like my alone time.

Jericho: Pretty social.

Nathaniel: Social when I need to be.

Malachi: Shy. I am liking to be alone a lot.

Xu-Yi: Ain't shy, but ain't real social either. I only mix with people when I want somethin' from 'em.

19. What do you think of your parents?

Dusk: Dad was great. I really miss him; he died when I was young. Mom was great, too, until she went nuts from losing Dad, and then shit just went downhill from there. Long story.

Jericho: Not too keen on either of them, but more so with my dad. He was hardly ever home, and when he was, he and Mom would just fight all the time. And sometimes he would hit her, and later she would hit me to feel better. I hated him for that.

Nathaniel: Love my mother to death. Wonderful woman, if a bit dim. Dad... not so much.

Malachi: When my mother was living, I loved her.

Xu-Yi: Didn't know my dad. Couldn't stand my mother. The bitch was gonna dump my ass in a kids' home when I was little because she was sick'a taking care of me. Who the fuck does that?

20. What's your weakness (sexual and non-sexual)?

Dusk: Sweet nothings and/or dirty talk. And crying.

Jericho: The end of my tail. I swear, it has a direct line to my crotch. And I really lose my temper when I see or hear about violence towards women, especially women I know.

Nathaniel: Biting, ironically enough. And I also can't abide crying.

Malachi: I am not so good with the left hand for playing music, and I do not like when people come up behind me. And... I do not know the other one.

Xu-Yi: Like I'd tell you.

21. How long can you stay under water?

Dusk: Uh... about 10 seconds.

Jericho: 20 seconds, tops.

Nathaniel: As long as I need to.

Malachi: A minute, I believe.

Xu-Yi: What kinda question is that? Shit, woman.


22. What do you do on a regular day basis?

Dusk: What I do regularly depends on my schedule. But constants are a run, a shower, three meals a day, and usually getting naked at some point. Sex is less frequent than you'd think; being an erotic dancer just means I don't mind being mostly naked in public.

Jericho: Same as Dusk, except I always go running in the morning.

Nathaniel: For work, I wake up, eat a quick breakfast, go out and find someone to bite, and then go to work for the day. When I'm off, I sleep a lot, read, eat, and explore the town. New York always has something to see.

Malachi: The day is always different. But I do the hunting and the fishing a lot.

Xu-Yi: My day is not complete without starting some kind of fight. I swipe food, drink, and get laid in between.

Dusk: Not at the moment, no.

Nathaniel: Yes. In fact, I recently asked her to marry me.

Dusk: Um, running, singing, swimming, going on dates, painting, going to the beach and the park...

Jericho: Going downtown, going for walks or runs, going to the beach...

Nathaniel: Not much, really. The sun hurts my eyes.

Malachi: Most things.

Xu-Yi: Getting into trouble. Though that's fun any time of the day.

Dusk: Dancing. Clubbing. Getting laid. No always in that order.

Dusk: Not that I know of.

Dusk: Dark anything. Dark red. Dark blue. Except yellow. I hate yellow.

Jericho: Purple, in most any shade.

Nathaniel: Blue.

Malachi: Green.

Xu-Yi: Anything that goes with my jeans. But usually black.


36. When was the last time you cried?

Dusk: When a girl that I had a crush on got sick and died.

Jericho: When a customer got a little too happy with a flogger.

Nathaniel: The last time... let's see... probably after I dumped my ex-girlfriend.  

Malachi: When I was young, before I leave for forest.

Xu-Yi: I don't cry.

37. Do you have a pet?

Dusk: No, Darkest doesn't allow pets. But I'd kinda like a dog.

Jericho: Not officially, but there's a cat out back that I sometimes bring scraps from dinner.

Nathaniel: No, but I'd like a Scottish Fold kitten someday. And maybe a few horses, if I ever settle down somewhere.

Malachi: A fox and a robin.

Xu-Yi: Yeah, a couple. I call 'em 'fuck buddies', though.

38. What did you name your pet?

Dusk: If I had one, I'd name him Kuro.

Jericho: I call her Little Bit. She's a calico, so she has a little bit of lots of colors.

Nathaniel: I'd name her Emma.

Malachi: Kochi and Berry.

Xu-Yi: I just call 'em all "bitch" or "you".

All: Yes. Why?

Dusk: Dancer, model when I can, painter in my spare time.

Jericho: An erotic dancer and a BDSM savant.

Nathaniel: Wealthy vampire.

Malachi: A person who wanders.

41. What's the end of your own story?

Dusk: I hope to be married, maybe with kids. I hope to make a living from my paintings eventually.

Jericho: I will be married to a nice girl, and maybe work as a stylist if I get too old to model.

Nathaniel: Barring a stake to my heart, my story will go on ad nauseum. But I hope to be married a long while.

Malachi: I do not know yet. I hope it will end in peace.

Xu-Yi: Fuck if I know. I live one day at a time. Though... well, I wouldn't mind a kid or two someday. If, uh... if Andy was the mother, I wouldn't mind that, either.


42. What's your nickname?

Dusk:  Sometimes people call me "Dusky", but I kinda hate that.

Jericho: Friends call me "Jer" or "Jeri".

Nathaniel: The usual "Nate". "Natey", if I like you enough.

Malachi: Sometimes "Mal".

Xu-Yi: No official nickname, though I hear "asshole" often enough that I respond to it. Heh.

43. Do you consider yourself a happy or a down person?

Dusk: Generally happy.

Jericho: Pretty cheerful, yeah.

Nathaniel: Happy, I'd say.

Malachi: Most of time, happy.

Xu-Yi: Neither. I'm cynical as hell.

44. If you were a superhero, you'd be...?

Dusk: Fuckin' Batman.

Jericho: Likewise.

Nathaniel: Iron Man. I have the budget.

Malachi: A what?

Xu-Yi: Wolverine.

All: We'd... rather not talk about it.

Dusk: My insight. I'm really good at reading people.

Jericho: My positive attitude. I try to find the silver lining in everything.

Nathaniel: My loyalty. I'd never betray the one I love.

Malachi: I am gentle even though I have the strength.

Xu-Yi: My willpower. I'm a stubborn son of a bitch, for better or worse.

Dusk: Yeah, I freaked the hell out.

Jericho: I screamed like a little girl.
